Return Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed. Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days with the applicable receipt when products remain unopened and in their original condition. Opened fragrances are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Terms remain subject to company review and discretion.
